Our free SEO analysis is provided as-is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a guarantee of results and is not a binding service agreement. Analysis results remain the property of Alabama SEO Company until a paid engagement begins.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to necessary accounts (Google Business Profile, website CMS, analytics, etc.).
• Review and approve content, strategies, and changes in a timely manner.
• Maintain payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement.
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws.

5. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We guarantee our expertise, effort, and adherence to best practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site , including text, graphics, logos, and code , is the property of Alabama SEO Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables (content, reports, strategies) become the client's property upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, website data, and strategy details as confidential. We will not share client data with competitors or unrelated third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alabama SEO Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date. We will provide access to all client-owned assets and deliverables within 14 business days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
